Refunds
Refund Policy
At Balanced Flow Pilates, we are committed to providing exceptional service to our customers while adhering to California consumer protection laws. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, outlining the conditions under which refunds may be granted for products or services.
Product Return Requirements
- If the purchase involves physical products, customers may be required to return the product in its original condition and packaging to be eligible for a refund.
- Balanced Flow Pilates reserves the right to inspect returned products to ensure they meet return requirements before issuing a refund.
Service Cancellation
- For services rendered, customers may cancel their purchase and request a refund within 7 days of the service date for a full or partial refund, depending on the extent of services provided.
- Refund eligibility for services will be determined on a case-by-case basis by Balanced Flow Pilates and may be subject to applicable cancellation fees.
Special Circumstances
- Refunds may be granted in exceptional circumstances, such as product defects, non-performance of services, or other unforeseen events, at the discretion of Balanced Flow Pilates.
- Requests for refunds due to special circumstances must be submitted in writing to management@maderapilates.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Compliance with California Consumer Protection Laws
- Balanced Flow Pilates complies with all applicable California consumer protection laws, including but not limited to the California Consumer Legal Remedies Act (CLRA), California Unfair Competition Law (UCL), and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
